Thesystem tray shows "Battery 10% available, (plugged in)". There is no additional "not charging" message. Component tests on the AC adapter and the battery are OK. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery, this makes no difference.
